
Full time Deputy Manager required
Must have experience of at least two years at supervisor level or above in the restaurant industry, be customer focused and be able to lead by example. Needs to be able to demonstrate that they can work well under pressure and deliver fantastic service both front of house and back of house.
Hygiene and food safety certificates an advantage but not essential as training will be given on the job. Two week training programme. Spanish speaking an advantage but not essential. Personal licence holder an advantage but not essential.
£18,000 pa and 28 Days paid holiday per year
