Position available: Deputy Manager in our Windsor branch.
To succeed in this role with Hobbs you will need to be:
An experienced manager who knows how to realise the full potential of a branch and team.
Someone who can motivate and drive a team to acheive sales and branch targets.
Commercially aware, proactive and dynamic in discovering new ways of working.
A natural Team Player who can lead by example.
Have managed a turnover of £1m plus.
